1501.1 The Board shall consist of twelve (12) members selected in accordance with §121(b) of the District of Columbia Retirement Reform Act of 1979, D.C. §1-711(b)(1)(A) (2001), as amended by Section 206 of D.C. Law 12-152 (the "Police Officers, Fire fighters, and Teachers Retirement Benefit Replacement Plan Act of 1998).

1501.2 The terms of office, qualifications, and compensation of Board Members, and the provisions for the filling of vacancies, are set forth in §121(b) of the District of Columbia Retirement Reform Act of 1979, D.C. Code §1-711 (2001).

1501.3 In case of notification of a vacancy on the Board of an elected member, action shall be initiated to fill the vacancy in no more than thirty (30) days after receipt of the written notification.
