3812 RESIDENCY PREFERENCE FOR MANAGEMENT
SUPERVISORY SERVICE
3812.1 The residency preference provisions of section 801(e) (1), (2), (3), (5), (6), and (7) of the CMPA (D.C. Official Code § 1-608.01(e) (1), (2), (3), (5), (6), and (7)), shall apply to employment in the Management Supervisory Service.
