In addition to complaints which may be filed pursuant to the District of Columbia Taxicab Commission Establishment Act of 1985 and this title, law enforcement personnel, including civilian Hack Inspectors, Commission members, and Office personnel engaged in the administration, adjudication, or enforcement of taxicab laws and regulations, may file a complaint for any violation of §§ 816, 817, 822.2, or 822.3.
