D.C. Mun. Regs. tit. 31, § 509
509.1 Any taxicab company, association or fleet, upon determination of liability for violation of any of the Commission's rules, may be subject to a civil fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or suspension or revocation of the taxicab color scheme for violation of any of the provisions of this chapter. If the company, association or fleet is not in compliance after five (5) days, an additional fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00) shall be imposed.
509.2 The company, association or fleet may appeal the monetary fine to the Panel on Adjudication pursuant to the Commission's rules and regulations.
509.3 The Commission may recommend to the appropriate government agency the suspension or revocation of any license or privilege to do business in the District of Columbia for failure to comply with Commission rules or sanctions imposed by the Commission.
