508.1 No company, association or fleet shall discriminate based upon race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, personal appearance, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, physical handicap, matriculation, or political affiliation concerning employment of operators or taxicab leasing to operators, including individuals owning or operating their taxicab(s).
