SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF APPROVAL
407.1
The approval of an MTS may be suspended or revoked by the Office with reasonable notice and an opportunity to be heard if the Office learns that the MTS or the associated owners or operators using it are not in substantial compliance with this title, or if the MTS is being used in a manner that poses a significant threat to passenger or operator safety, or consumer protection.
