220.1 The provisions of §§ 220 to 256 and 299 shall govern hearings concerning rate making and assessment orders.

220.2 The sections identified in § 220.1 shall govern all matters affecting rates for taxicab service including all charges incidental and directly related to the provision of taxicab services in the District of Columbia.

220.3 All rate making authority related to taxicabs previously exercised by the Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia shall be exercised by the Panel in accordance with this section.

220.4 All documents to be filed with the Panel shall be received in the Commission's office at 2041 Martin Luther King, Jr., Avenue, S.E., Washington, D.C., 20020, unless otherwise directed.

220.5 All pleadings and other filings shall comply with the requirements of §§ 220 to 256 and shall be considered filed when received by the Panel during normal business hours of the Commission.

220.6 Unless otherwise required by the Panel, there shall be filed an original and twenty (20) conformed copies of all documents.
