Renewal of Operator License

1214 RENEWAL OF LICENSE
1214.1 A licensed operator of a limousine may submit an application to renew the license forty-five (45) days prior to the expiration of the license.
1214.2 If a person fails to submit an application to renew a license to operate within ninety (90) days following the expiration date of the license, the person may be required to take and successfully pass any test required pursuant to this chapter.
1214.3 If a person fails to submit an application to renew the license to operate a limousine for one (1) year following the expiration date of the license, the person shall be required to apply for a new or original license to operate a limousine pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
