110.1 The official offices of the Commission shall be 2041 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, S.E., 2nd Floor, Washington, D.C. 20020.

110.2 The office hours of the Commission are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

110.3 Public records of the Commission may be examined in the offices of the Commission during normal office hours. A person may make an appointment with the Commission to listen to a tape recorded proceeding of the Commission or its panels.
