101 APPOINTMENT OF THE VICE-CHAIRPERSON AND SECRETARY
101.1 The Chairperson may designate a member of the Commission to serve as Vice-Chairperson.
101.2 The General Counsel to the Commission shall serve as Secretary to the Commission.
