982
DC4 PLUS OR MINUS
982.1 The Agency may conduct a game enhancement for the DC4 game called DC4 PLUS or MINUS. DC4 PLUS or MINUS may be offered to the public and for such time periods as the Executive Director determines.
982.2 The DC4 PLUS or MINUS option(s) are only available on a Straight bet type selected.
982.3 Each DC4 PLUS or MINUS option costs an additional one dollar ($1).
982.4 Multi-draw tickets can be purchased and the DC4 PLUS or MINUS option is an additional one dollar ($1) per draw.
982.5 There will only be one (1) play per ticket.
982.6 A player selects a four (4) digit number manual entry or quick pick (the player's selection). The ticket is assigned eighty (80) unique number combinations (the player's DC4 PLUS or MINUS NUMBERS).
982.7 All numbers including the player's selected numbers and the eighty (80) DC4 PLUS or MINUS NUMBERS will be printed on the ticket.
982.8 The eighty (80) PLUS or MINUS NUMBERS represent all number combinations where one or more of the numbers is either one (1) digit higher or lower than the players selected numbers.
982.9 The DC4 PLUS or MINUS NUMBERS for nine (9) are zero (0) and eight (8), respectively.
982.10 The DC4 PLUS or MINUS NUMBERS for zero (0) are one (1) and nine (9), respectively.
982.11 If a player's number is sold out, then DC4 PLUS or MINUS will not be allowed.
982.12 If the player's selected number is not sold out, the play is allowed even if one (1) or more of the DC4 PLUS or MINUS NUMBERS are sold out.
982.13 If the player matches their number exactly they win the Straight bet amount on the ticket and the Player Selection tier for the DC4 PLUS or MINUS Bet.
For Example: If a player purchases a fifty cent ($.50) DC4 ticket, Straight bet type, with numbers three (3), four (4), five (5), and six (6), and adds DC4 PLUS or MINUS, the player will win a total of three thousand five hundred dollars (
$3500) - two thousand five hundred dollars ($2500) for the fifty cent ($.50)
Straight bet and one thousand dollars ($1000) for the DC4 PLUS or MINUS bet.
982.14 If the player does not match their number exactly but matches a DC4 PLUS or
MINUS, the player only wins the DC4 PLUS or MINUS prize amount.
For Example: If a player purchases a fifty cent ($.50) DC4 ticket, Straight bet
type, with numbers three (3), four (4), five (5), and six (6), and adds DC4 PLUS
or MINUS, and the winning numbers are three (3), four (4), five (5), and seven
(7), the player will win a total of sixty-five dollars ($65) for matching a DC4
PLUS or MINUS NUMBER.
