980.1 The Agency may conduct a game enhancement for the DC3 Game called DC3 PLUS or MINUS. DC3 PLUS or MINUS may be offered to the public and for such time periods as Executive Director determines.980.2 The DC3 PLUS or MINUS option(s) are only available on a Straight bet type selected.980.3 Each DC3 PLUS or MINUS option cost an additional one dollar (\$1).980.4 Multi-draw tickets can be purchased and the DC3 PLUS or MINUS option is an additional one dollar (\$1) per draw.980.5 There will only be one (1) play per ticket.980.6 A player selects a three (3) digit number manual entry or quick pick (the player's selection). The ticket is assigned twenty-six (26) unique number combinations (the player's DC3 PLUS or MINUS NUMBERS).980.7 All numbers including the player's selected number and the twenty-six (26) DC3 PLUS or MINUS NUMBERS will be printed on the ticket.980.8 The twenty-six (26) PLUS or MINUS NUMBERS represent all number combinations where one (1) or more of the numbers is either one (1) digit higher or lower than the player's selected numbers.980.9 The DC3 PLUS or MINUS NUMBERS for nine (9) are zero (0) and eight (8), respectively.980.10 The DC3 PLUS or MINUS NUMBERS for zero (0) zero are one (1) and nine (9), respectively.980.11 If a player's number is sold out, then DC3 PLUS or MINUS will not be allowed.980.12 If the player's selected number is not sold out, the play is allowed even if one (1) or more of the DC3 PLUS or MINUS NUMBERS are sold out.980.13 If the player matches their number exactly they win the Straight bet amount on the ticket and the Player Selection tier for the DC3 Plus or Minus Bet.
For Example: If a player purchases a one dollar ($1) DC3 ticket, Straight bet type, with numbers three (3), four (4), and five (5), and adds DC3 PLUS or MINUS, the player will win a total of six hundred dollars ($600) - five hundred dollars ($500) for the one dollar ($1) Straight bet and one hundred dollars ($100) for the
DC3 PLUS or MINUS bet.
980.14 If the player does not match their number exactly but matches a DC3 PLUS or MINUS, the player only wins the DC3 PLUS or MINUS prize amount.
For Example: If a player purchases a one dollar ($1) DC3 ticket, Straight bet type, with numbers three (3), four (4), and five (5), and adds DC3 PLUS or MINUS, and the winning numbers are three (3), four (4), and six (6), the player will win a total of twenty dollars ($20) for matching a DC3 PLUS or MINUS NUMBER.
