701 GAME INSTRUCTIONS
701 Before the commencement of a particular instant game, or any lottery game, or variation of a game, the Executive Director shall issue game instructions to agents and the public governing and implementing its operation. The instructions shall include the price of the ticket.
701.2 Game instructions shall be made available to the public at agent locations and the Agency's principal offices.
