Conduct of Instant Games and Agents

700 CONDUCT OF INSTANT GAMES
700.1 The agency may operate instant games.
700.2 Total prize disbursements in the instant game shall be at least forty-five percent (45%) of the gross receipts from the sale of tickets.
700.3 The price of an instant game ticket shall be one dollar ($1) or any other price designated by the Executive Director from a price schedule adopted by the Board pursuant to §500.1.
