2032 PROTESTS OF SOLICITATIONS AND AWARDS
2032.1 All protests of solicitations or awards shall be filed with the Contract Appeals Board, in accordance with the provisions of D.C. Code § 1-1189.8 (1992 Repl. Vol.), and the rules of the Contract Appeals Board as set forth in Title 27 DCMR.
