2030 CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS

2030.1 The provisions of Chapter 36 of Title 27 DCMR shall apply to procurement by the Agency, except as provided otherwise in this section.

2030.2 The provisions of §3600.6 of Title 27 DCMR shall not apply to procurement by the Agency. Review of modifications of contracts shall be in accordance with the provisions of §2102 of Chapter 21 of this title.

2030.3 The provisions of §3604.4 of Title 27 DCMR shall not apply to procurement by the Agency. Cost analysis shall be done in accordance with the provisions of §2027 of this chapter.

2030.4 The provisions of §3604.6 of Title 27 DCMR shall not apply to procurement by the Agency. Disputes which arise in connection with Agency contracts shall be resolved in accordance with the provisions of §2033 of this chapter.
