2010 THE EQUAL OPPORTUNITY FOR LOCAL, SMALL AND DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISES ACT

2010.1 Agency solicitations and contracts which are issued or awarded under this title shall be consistent with the requirements of D.C. Law 9-217 (D.C. Code §1-1152 et seq. (1992 Repl. Vol.)) and the rules or regulations which are promulgated pursuant thereto including, but not limited to, provisions for set-asides, preferences, joint-ventures, subcontracting, and certification.

2010.2 The provisions of §2010.1 shall apply to Mayor's orders and issuances of any agency or officer of the government of the District of Columbia made pursuant to the Act or its implementation.

2010.3 Notwithstanding the provisions of §§2000.1 and 2000.7 of this chapter, where any statute, rule or regulation is referred to in this section, the reference shall be to its most recent amendment or version.

2010.4 For the purpose of this section, the "Act" shall mean the Equal Opportunity for Local, Small and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Act of 1922, D.C. Law 9-217 (D.C. Code §1-1152 et seq. (1992 Repl. Vol.))
