208 INSTANT TICKET DISTRIBUTION CENTER LICENSES
208.1 The Agency may license Distribution Centers to sell instant tickets to other lottery agents. Distribution Center shall mean an agent location for the sale of instant tickets to other lottery agents.
208.2 Applicants for a Distribution Center license must satisfy the location, eligibility, security, and storage capability requirements for all lottery agents and shall be subject to all rules applicable to lottery agents.
208.3 The Executive Director shall determine the storage capability requirements for a Distribution Center.
208.4 A Distribution Center agent must have a separate license in order to sell lottery tickets to the public.
208.5 A Distribution Center agent shall be compensated as determined by the Agency according to instructions issued by the Executive Director.
208.6 The Executive Director may, in his sole discretion, provide for the delivery of the instant game tickets to a Distribution Center agent on a consignment basis. The Executive Director shall have sole discretion to accept the return of unsold tickets at the official end of an instant game or other time determined by the Executive Director.
