3710.1 Upon a determination, under § 3709, that a violation has occurred, the Director may issue an order to the offending party to cease and desist the violation.
3710.2 An offending party shall cease and desist the violation(s) within the five (5) day period immediately following the issuance of a cease and desist order.
3710.3 A cease and desist order shall contain the specific violation which occurred and shall be delivered to the offending party personally or by certified mail.
3710.4 If an offending party fails to comply with a cease and desist order, the Director shall present evidence of the party's noncompliance to the Board, in an adversary proceeding and an open hearing, pursuant to Chapter 4 of this title.
