305.1 Any interested person adversely affected by the contents of an advisory opinion which has been issued in accordance with the provisions of this chapter may, pursuant to D.C. Code § 1-1103.05(c) (2006 Repl.), petition the Superior Court of the District of Columbia for review of the advisory opinion.
