1503 CIRCULATION OF PETITIONS
1503.1 A petition shall be circulated, as of the 26th day of June of the year in which the election is to be held.
1503.2 Each person circulating each page of a nominating petition shall be a registered qualified elector.
1503.1 A petition shall be circulated no earlier than one hundred forty-four (144) days before the date of the presidential election.
