1311 WITHDRAWAL OF CANDIDATES

1311.1 A person who has submitted a petition for appointment to the office of Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner may withdraw his or her petition by executing and filing with the Board a notarized affidavit stating that he or she irrevocably withdraws his or her candidacy for appointment to the office.

1311.2 In the event that the Board has already forwarded the list of names to the respective Advisory Neighborhood Commission, the Board shall notify the Chairperson of that Advisory Neighborhood Commission of the withdrawal.
