1202.1 Contests and questions in any Primary, General or Special Election, if applicable to that election, shall appear on the ballot in the following order:

1. (a) Primary Presidential Preference (for Primary Election)/Electors for President and Vice President of the United States (for General Election);
2. (b) Delegate to the U.S. House of Representatives;
3. (c) Mayor of the District of Columbia;
4. (d) Chairman of the Council of the District of Columbia;
5. (e) At-Large Member of the Council of the District of Columbia;
6. (f) Ward Member of the Council of the District of Columbia;
7. (g) Attorney General of the District of Columbia;
8. (h) United States Senator;
9. (i) United States Representative;
10. (j) At-Large Member of the State Board of Education;
11. (k) Ward Member of the State Board of Education;
12. (l) Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner;
13. (m) National committeemen and national committeewomen;
14. (n) Local party committee members and officials;
15. (o) Short title and summary statement of each proposed initiative, referendum, and Charter amendment; and
16. (p) Recall measures.
