9101.1 Adult Substance Use Rehabilitative Services (ASURS) shall include the following services:
- (a) Screening, Assessment and Diagnosis pursuant to requirements at 29 DCMR § 5202;
- (b) Clinical Care Coordination pursuant to requirements at 29 DCMR § 5216;
- (c) Crisis Intervention, pursuant to requirements at 29 DCMR § 9102;
- (d) Counseling/Therapy pursuant to requirements at 29 DCMR § 5204;
- (e) Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Services, pursuant to requirements at 29 DCMR § 5213;
- (f) Motivational Enhancement Therapy – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MET-CBT), pursuant to requirements at 29 DCMR § 9103;
- (g) Medication Management, pursuant to requirements at 29 DCMR § 5203;
- (h) Recovery Support Services, pursuant to requirements at 29 DCMR § 9104;
- (i) Methadone Services in Opioid Treatment Programs pursuant to requirements at 29 DCMR § 9105 ; and
- (j) Medically Monitored Inpatient Withdrawal Management pursuant to requirements at 29 DCMR § 9106.
9101.2 All ASURS services shall be provided by, or under the supervision of qualified practitioners as set forth in Chapter 63 of Title 22-A DCMR.
