8005.1 If the Registrar makes a decision to deny an application for a certificate of domestic partnership, or an amendment to a certificate of domestic partnership, the applicants may immediately seek judicial review of that final decision in accordance with § 11 of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, approved October 21, 1968 (Pub. L. 90-614; D.C. Official Code § 2-510), and all other applicable law.
