6333.1 A resident shall have an individual interest bearing savings account in a financial institution that is federally insured.

6333.2 In addition to the savings account required by § 6333.1, a resident who is eighteen (18) years of age or older and who does not reside in the main facility shall have an individual checking account in a financial institution that is federally insured.

6333.3 An independent living program shall assist a resident in opening the bank accounts required by § 6333.
