D.C. Mun. Regs. tit. 29, § 6332
6332.1 An independent living program shall provide the resident with a monthly stipend.
6332.2 If the resident resides in the main facility, the monthly stipend shall be at least six hundred and fifteen ($ 615) dollars of which at least:
6332.3 If the resident does not reside in the main facility, the monthly stipend shall be at least thirteen hundred and fifteen ($ 1315) dollars, which shall include at least:
6332.4 If the resident is a teen parent who resides with her or his child, the stipend shall include an additional one hundred twenty-five ($ 125) dollars per month per child.
6332.5 An independent living program shall provide a resident with an allowance of twenty ($ 20) dollars per week.
6332.6 An independent living program may not require a resident to use a stipend or allowance to purchase any item which the independent living program is required to provide pursuant to this chapter.
