Multi-systemic Therapy

5219.1 Multi-systemic Therapy (MST) is an intensive program for youth ages twelve (12) to seventeen (17) experiencing out of home placement.
5219.2 Multi-systemic Therapy shall:
(a) Be billed in fifteen (15) minute units;
(b) Require prior authorization; and
(c) Be delivered in accordance with the requirements set forth in Chapter 34 of Title 22-A DCMR.
5219.3 MST shall not be billed on the same day as Counseling/Therapy, IDT, Rehabilitation Day services, CBI, or FFT.
