D.C. Mun. Regs. tit. 29, § 5214
5214.1 Trauma Systems Therapy (“TST”) is a comprehensive, phase-based model for treating traumatic stress in children and adolescents that adds to individually-based approaches by specifically addressing the child’s social environment and/or system of care.
5214.2 TST shall:
(a) Be billed in fifteen (15) minute units; and,
(b) Be delivered in accordance with the requirements set forth in Chapter 34 of Title 22-A DCMR.
5214.3 TST shall not be billed on the same day as Counseling/Therapy, Rehabilitation Day Services, IDT, or FFT. While enrolled in TST, CPP, and TF-CBT shall not be billed. TST shall not be billed while a consumer is enrolled in ACT, unless otherwise authorized.
