Community Support

5205.1 Community support services shall:
- (a) Be provided in fifteen (15) minute units;
- (b) Be provided in individual or group interventions;
- (c) Not be subject to any annual limits;
- (d) Be provided in a DMH-certified community mental health rehabilitation services agency, the client's home or other community setting or a residential facility consisting of sixteen (16) beds or less; and
- (e) Meet all other requirements set forth in 22 DCMR § 3418.
5205.2 Community support shall not be billed on the same day as assertive community treatment.
