D.C. Mun. Regs. tit. 29, § 5203
5203.1 Medication Management services shall:
(a) Be billed per occurrence;
(b) Not be billed on the same day as IDT;
(c) Not be billed while a consumer is enrolled in ACT, unless the service is rendered by another MHRS provider and is either:
(1) During the first thirty (30) calendar days after enrollment into ACT or within thirty (30) calendar days prior to disenrollment from ACT; or
(2) Otherwise authorized by DBH; and
(d) Be provided in a DBH-certified MHRS provider's service site or home or community settings by Psychiatrists or Advanced Practice Registered Nurses.
5203.2 Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses, and Licensed Practical Nurses may provide all Medication Management services except for diagnostic services.
5203.3 Medication Management services shall be delivered in accordance with the requirements set forth in Chapter 34 of Title 22-A DCMR.
