5201.1 Mental Health Rehabilitative Services (MHRS) shall include the following services:
- (a) Screening, Assessment, and Diagnosis;
- (b) Medication Management;
- (c) Counseling/Therapy;
- (d) Community Support;
- (e) Crisis/Emergency Services;
- (f) Clinical Care Coordination;
- (g) Rehabilitation Day Services;
- (h) Intensive Day Treatment (“IDT”);
- (i) Community Based Intervention (“CBI”);
- (j) Assertive Community Treatment (“ACT”);
- (k) Child-Parent Psychotherapy (“CPP”);
- (l) Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (“TF-CBT”);
- (m) Functional Family Therapy (“FFT”);
- (n) Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Services;
- (o) Trauma Systems Therapy (“TST”);
- (p) Psychosocial Rehabilitative (“Clubhouse”) Services;
- (q) Intensive Care Coordination (“ICC”); and
- (r) Multi-systemic Therapy (“MST”)
5201.2 All MHRS services shall be provided by, or under the supervision of, qualified practitioners as set forth in Chapters 34 and 39 of Title 22-A DCMR.
