4217.1 Environmental accessibility adaptations services shall be reimbursed in accordance with the applicable requirements set forth in Sections 4239 through 4240 of this chapter.
4217.2 Reimbursement for environmental accessibility adaptation shall be limited to a maximum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) per beneficiary per each waiver period. The ten thousand dollar ($10,000) maximum shall include reimbursement for the associated home inspection or evaluation of five hundred dollars ($500) per inspection.
