245 EXTENSION OF TIME

245.1 Each request for an extension of time for the filing of a document, brief, or motion shall be submitted prior to the day on which the document or application is due to be filed.

245.2 The request for extension of time requirement may be waived for good cause shown, at the discretion of the hearing examiner.
