242 FINAL DECISION

242.1 After a review of the proposed decision, and after affording the parties an opportunity to file written exceptions pursuant to D.C. Code, 2001 Ed. § 2-509(d), the Director shall issue a decision in accordance with the requirements of § 240.2. This decision shall be final and binding upon the parties, unless otherwise specifically indicated in the decision.

242.2 The Director shall issue the final decision within fifteen (15) working days after receipt of the proposed decision, and may affirm, modify, remand, or reverse the proposed decision in accordance with D.C. Code, 2001 Ed. § 2-509.

242.3 The Director shall promptly transmit a copy of the final decision to each party and to each party's representative.
