235 NOTICE OF HEARING AND OF HEARING PROCEDURES AND ISSUES

235.1 The Office of Fair Hearings shall give a notice of the time, place, and issues which are the subject of the hearing to each party, the party's representative and intervenors at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing by certified mail, except under exceptional circumstances or by agreement of each party.

235.2 The Office of Fair Hearings shall provide the complainant a copy of the hearing procedures and other relevant information necessary to enable the complainant to prepare for the hearing.
