234 PLACE FOR HEARING; READER SERVICES

234.1 Each hearing shall be conducted at the Office of Fair Hearings within fifteen (15) working days of the receipt of the request for the hearing, unless the Administration and the licensee mutually, in writing, agree to hold the hearing at a later date.

234.2 The Administration shall arrange reader services or other communication services, if the complainant or any other party or intervenor requests these services for the hearing in a timely manner.
