Notice of Right to Hearing

229.1 Each licensee shall be informed, both orally and in writing, at the time of licensure and at the time of any action affecting the licensee's claim for services, of the following:
- (a) The right to request a full evidentiary hearing;
- (b) The method by which a hearing may be obtained, as provided in § 232 of these rules;
- (c) The right to be represented by legal counsel, relative, friend, or other spokesperson, at the licensee's own expense; and
- (d) The right to a qualified interpreter, if the party or the party's witness is deaf, or, because of a hearing impairment, cannot readily understand or communicate the English language.
