225 RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW PANEL
225.1 The Administrative Review Panel's responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:
- (a) Reviewing the oral and documentary evidence submitted at the administrative review in order to make an assessment of the factual and legal issues which are presented in the licensee's complaint;
- (b) Ascertaining the validity of the Administration's position on the issues in the complaint, and, if possible, achieving an informal resolution of each licensee's complaint; and
- (c) Rendering a written decision on the merits of each complaint.
