224 COMPOSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW PANEL
224.1 Each administrative review shall be conducted by a panel appointed by the Office of Appeals and Compliance in the Rehabilitation Services Administration. The panel shall be comprised of supervisory or administrative personnel who have not participated in the agency action under review, and are not directly supervised by anyone who participated in the agency action.
