221 REQUEST FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW; TIMELINESS
221.1 Each licensee or the licensee's representative (who may be a member of the State Committee of Blind Vendors) may request an administrative review in writing.
221.2 Each request for administrative review shall contain a concise statement of the actions of the Administration by which the licensee is aggrieved.
221.3 Each request for administrative review shall be made within fifteen (15) working days of the Administration's action by which the licensee is aggrieved.
