219 ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
219.1 The purpose of an administrative review shall be to provide an informal procedure by which the Administration may afford a blind vendor an opportunity to seek resolution of complaints the blind vendor may have with any Administration action arising from the operation or administration of the Randolph-Sheppard Program.
