1806 RIGHT TO APPEAL
1806.1 The complainant may appeal the final decision of the hearing officer by filing a petition for review in the District of Columbia Court of Appeals or in a United States District Court for the District of Columbia in accordance with the rules and procedures prescribed by the court.
