1805 DECISION OF THE HEARING OFFICER
1805.1 Within ten (10) working days of the conclusion of the hearing, the hearing officer shall issue a written decision which shall include a summary of the evidence and testimony presented at the hearing. The final decision shall also contain findings of fact and conclusions of law with respect to each material, contested issue.
