D.C. Mun. Regs. tit. 29, § 100
100.1 This chapter shall govern the administration and operation of the District of Columbia Rehabilitation Services Administration, which is:
(a) An integral part of a statewide workforce investment system; and
(b) Designed to assess, plan, develop, and provide vocational rehabilitation services to persons with disabilities, consistent with their strengths, resources, priorities, concerns, abilities, capabilities, interests, and informed choice so that they may prepare for and engage in gainful employment.
100.2 This chapter shall refer to the following services provided by the Rehabilitation Services Administration:
(a) Vocational Rehabilitation Services;
(b) Independent Living Services; and
(c) Supported Employment Services.
100.3 The Rehabilitation Services Administration shall be responsible for implementing the procedures of this chapter.
