5024.1 Notice of emergency procurement awards, regardless of dollar amount, shall be published on the OAG website within seven (7) days of award. The notice shall include:

1. (a) The determination and findings justifying the emergency procurement;
2. (b) A description of the goods and services procured;
3. (c) The name of the contractor; and
4. (d) A copy of the contract.
