3605 CONTRACT MODIFICATION FORMS

3605.1 The Director shall prescribe forms for the following contract modifications:

1. (a) An amendment to a solicitation;
2. (b) A change order issued under a changes clause of the contract;
3. (c) Any other unilateral contract modification issued under a contract clause authorizing the modification without the consent of the contractor;
4. (d) Administrative changes, such as the correction of typographical mistakes, changes in the paying office, and changes in accounting and appropriations data;
5. (e) Bilateral modifications (supplemental agreements);
6. (f) The removal, reinstatement, or addition of funds to a contract;
7. (g) Economic price adjustments; and
8. (h) Termination notices.
