3002.1 An applicant, licensee or dealer shall submit a HACCP Plan to the Department for approval when:

1. (a) An HACCP Plan is required under section 801.2 or chapter 25, and an initial application for a license or certification is filed with the Department in accordance with chapter 31; or
2. (b) An HACCP Plan is required under section 801.2 or chapter 25, and a renewal application for a license or certification is filed with the Department in accordance with chapter 31.

3002.2 If a food processing operation is required under section 3002.1 to have a HACCP plan, the plan must be prepared in accordance section 704, section 801.2 or chapter 25, and this section.
