4264.1 The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 264 (Standards for Owners and Operators of Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities) and Appendices I, IV, V, and IX to Part 264, are incorporated by reference, subject to the general modifications in 20 DCMR §§ 4200 through 4206.
