2507 LICENSE RENEWAL
2507.1 Applications for renewal of a license shall be mailed not less than thirty (30) days before the expiration of the current license period.
2507.2 Failure to receive an application billing to renew a license shall not relieve the licensee of his or her responsibility to renew any license.
2507.3 A person who fails to file a renewal application on or before the first day of any licensure period shall be subject to a ten dollar ($10) late fee per application.
